Because each cover is made to order, our return policy depends on the type of order.

 

Non-custom items (our standard, ready-to-order designs) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery — please contact us to arrange this.

 

Custom orders (personalized embroidery, custom fabric choices, or anything made to your specific request) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, since they're made uniquely for you.
